Directions children under 6 months: Ask a doctor., Directions apply liberally 15 minutes before sun exposure use a water resistant sunscreen if swimming or sweating reapply at least every 2 hours Sun Protection Measures. Spending time in the sun increases your risk of skin cancer and early skin aging. To decrease this risk, regularly use a sunscreen with a Broad Spectrum SPF of 15 or higher and other sun protection measures including: limit time in the sun, especially from 10 a.m. - 2 p.m. wear long-sleeve shirts, pants, hats, and sunglasses.

    absolutely, I would buy this again and again

    Been using Shiseido products for almost 40 years, the face cream along with Benefiance. I was introduced while visiting the Japanese market in Seattle, Uwajimaya. Each tiny finger touch covers half my face, It just moves, it's alive! And the beautiful scent allows for some beautiful moments before the days work begins. While I have always been known to be about 20 years younger, I am now going on 90, July 10, I give credit to Sheseido. All women need to be proud of who they are!

    Must have for daily routine!

    I use this for my daily routine and not only does it have the benefit of sunscreen I have noticed a difference in my skin almost immediately. My wrinkles have subsided and I get compliments on my skin all the time. People ask me why I am glowing and I say Benefiance Wrinkle Smoothing Day Cream.
