Greasy, contains 2 oils, doesn't work
This doesn't work on my oily skin. I was surprised when the product (a gel like substance) felt greasy as I applied it to my skin. Within an hour or two my fave is very shiny. I read the ingredient list, which is in microscopic font: it contains both safflower seed oil and castor oil. No wonder it feels greasy and doesn't work. Disappointing. This tiny tube was selling for $18 when I bought it. Save your money, try something else.

Greasy Makeup? Not me!
EXCELLENT PRODUCT FOR MY OILY SKIN!!!!! I apply it over my moisturizer and it keeps my makeup looking fresh and fabulous all day. I previously bought the setting spray by MAC at the recommendation of a friend, and it didn’t help at all with keeping my makeup intact. But the Ulta Beauty Face Primer is a straight up winner. The application is silky smooth and my makeup is on point ALL DAY!
