Never retire these!
Had a mini heart attack when I clicked to buy these and the Target page didn’t exist anymore, as if they had retired them. I use half of these and half semi sweet chocolate chips when making chocolate chip cookies and the result is amazing. Please keep!!! Not many brands (really at all) make chunks, just chips.

Ruined brownies
Terrible experience recently trying to bake with these. Was making brownies with chocolate chunks and my store had to no Tollhouse so had to pick these up. Well, the chunks completely melted while baking and destroyed the brownies. They only went in at 350°F so I was shocked. When they melted, it totally threw off the ratio of sugar and fats in the recipe. Left my brownies in for extra long and they never set up. So frustrated and disappointed.

Metal content?
They taste good and I continue to order them for recipes as local groceries stopped stocking alternatives. But when I microwave them for a topping I can see and hear the metal reacting which is quite alarming. I'm curious as to the metal content and if these made the list of the recent study regarding heavy metals in dark chocolate.
