The steamer is awesome, I wish I would've invested in 1 years ago because now I prefer it more than a regular clothes iron

this never worked. all it did was make noise and never work. I waited too long to return. went into the trash

Love it! Wasn't sure if I would, but I definitely do! Much faster and easier than taking out my ironing board & iron, and waiting for it to warm up! Clothes look great after using - especially the weird garment details like tight ruffling at the neckline or hemline of tencel fabric that constantly folds up! Not sure why others have had problems? Mine is AWESOME!

Didn't work! I tried to prime it several times, but no steam was ever produced.

Sorry but this is not a good product. It is hard to find the hole to add water. Once found and after warming up it doesn't work. Steam flows a little but it doesn't remove wrinkles regardless of the fabric type. I've tried cotton, rayon, flannel, you name it!

Used steamer twice. Did not work after that.

I feel the process is more forgiving than an iron as well. This has accessories (did not come in box) but I would be curious to try them out if I knew where to buy them.
