Honestly the top and bottom keep slipping away from the edge and I have to press it down to fully cover the edge. The fit could be improved.

My brand new phone screen broke with this case protector" Don't buy it, even thought is ottorbox it doesn't cover the edges so if it falls 80 percent change it may break. I saw many reviews saying the same, but did wanted to listen to the recommendations from other users. So sad.

I seriously wish I had read reviews on this case before purchasing it for my brand new S23 Ultra. I have gotten the "commuter" case for all of my galaxy phones over the last 10 years. This time was a mistake. YOUR SCREEN WILL CRACK! This is because it turns loose and flimsy after a month of having it on your phone. When I first put it on, it snapped on and was snug. A month later, it's loose, it won't stay on the corners and it has turned yellow. I wanted to cry when I went to set my phone down on the counter and the top half of my phone came right out of the case and shattered my screen!!!!! The slight raised edge is supposed to keep the phone screen raised from surfaces, but the case becomes loose and doesnt stay snug, so that protection goes out the window! Unacceptable. Do not buy. MY review is the same as many others. Hopefully I help save someone's phone. I am so upset.

I have the purple case and after 3 months it was so lose,my phone fell out and crashed the glass. I went to see if I could get an Samsung Galaxy s23 ultra . I bought the Otto symmetry however I couldn't get a new one because of the cost. I was so happy before.

Otterbox is the only case I will trust to protect my phone. I have been using their cases for years and each year they get better. The Defender series is the ultimate protection. I wanted to have a more pocket friendly case so I purchased the Symmetry. Great fit and protection but the buttons are very difficult to press. The buttons are stiff because they are located wrong. The button are located perfectly for a S22 Ultra which is why they are hard to press on the S23 Ultra.

I have the clear and clear with sparkles for the Samsung S23 Ultra. Both cases less than 6 months old. Both have turned brown. It says on the box that the cases stay clear.

my phone cracked while having this case on my phone.... it also turned yellow and the corner of the case is not attached anymore so I can lift up and down like a flap. When I first ordered my phone case it came in has a replacement order which I was buying a new case not a replacement so the case came in warped.. it took about a month to make it right...

Greetings, although I had already been told that shipping to Puerto Rico is slower, I understand that the wait is too long for a mobile phone protection item since the client wants to protect it against a fall. Since September 25, 2023, you have purchased this item and as of today it is still stationary in Florida. The wait is too much, not even in Japan I have had to wait so long and not even knowing when it will arrive causes total frustration. WHEN WILL THE COVER ARRIVE IN PUERTO RICO, WILL I HAVE TO WAIT 1 MORE MONTH?

I gave this case 3 stars because the design itself is very pretty. The case, however, is lackluster. It doesn't feel as sturdy as my old commuter case and it is slippery as all heck! I can't put the phone down without it slipping away somewhere. Not thrilled with this case, I'm going to return it and go back to a commuter with some grip and heft to it.

If you are wanting a nice clear case, do not get this. I had it for 2 weeks and it was turning black. I do not do anything to my phone to expose it directly to dirt. I even take my case off an sanitize it every few days. That did nothing to stop the discoloration. It also did not snap well over the top right where the camera is. It was constantly slipping off that edge.
