I've had this pot for about a year and this week it decided to die. I use it once a day, everyday. I now have to run it twice to get it to brew. First run it spits out a couple drops. Second run it fills the mug. I love keriug but I can't keep doing this with this brand. Every pot the last 4 years has done this.

Straight to the point coffee machine. 3 size options and brew button. That’s it. I’ve had it for about a month now and so far it’s great! Perfect compact size for a countertop and it brews a cup of coffee fast and hot! Reasonable size water reservoir to get a few brews yet small enough to get you to change the water often. Definitely recommend.

I received this beautiful purple color as a Christmas gift. I love its compact size. It's unfortunate that from the get go this particular model is faulty. It should definitely be taken off the shelf and recalled. After I did the initial cleaning brew the add water light turned on and that was that. I don't care how many times I shook it, cleaned it, slammed it, plugged or unplugged it never worked again. I'm waiting for an answer from Keurig. Their older models work better than these cute newer ones. Very sad customer 🙁
