We’ve been using this product for years and won’t be without it. My daughter and I take them. They are big sized capsules but are smooth and soft. My daughter bites them in half. I tried biting them and was surprised that they’re not bitter at all. The taste is mild.

There are so many turmeric/Curcumin products on the market that barely have the amount needed to have any effect. The values on these ratios are good and I trust this brand. I take this for MM protocols and for inflammation, especially being an avid exerciser.
