Flat in 3 Days!
Insoles were flat in 3 days. I only weigh 175 pounds, retired and the majority of my walking is on wall to wall carpeting. Even though they are cheap, they are still a waste of money. Not worth returning.

Insoles
These insoles fit both men and women. There is a card in the package that you place your foot on, trace your size, then cut the insole to your size. These insoles help cushion your feet and help make each step more comfortable.

Comfy
I was able to fit these insoles in a size 11 men’s shoe without trimming. The insole is very comfortable and more on the firm side for air foam. I was happy to see them keep their shape with a 200lb person walking on them. I just wish they had a little arch support. Overall these are solid insoles.

Like the cushion
These insoles are made of a nice foam material. They add a nice cushion to my shoes and it was easy to cut them to size. Because they are so soft, it's a bit difficult to get them into narrower shoes b/c they bend so easily it's easy for them to get squished as you're putting them into the shoe.

Cushy and easy to use!
Nice insoles! These were just what I needed for my everyday boots! I trimmed them to fit my soles and they work perfectly. They were easy to trim and the cushion is divine. Thick but not obstructive. My dad felt them and wanted a pair for himself! Highly recommend.

Double Air Foam Insoles
I received these Double Air Foam Insoles for free to review from the Hey Bullseye Sampling Program in exchange for my honest review. These are just ok. They have to be cut so they fit your exact size. They are not so cushiony. They are thin even though they say double. They were just ok for me. I wore them for work and another day just to run errands. I really could Not feel a difference that I had these in my shoes. I would not purchase these. They do not really help me.

Nice inserts
These are very nice inserts. The cushion is nice to have especially when walking around in boots all day. The cardboard to cut out by size was a nice addition. It was easy to use and cut the inserts to size

Nice insole, easy to cut to fit shoe size, so far, comfortable for plantar fasciitis and heel pain.
So this pair of insole did not have arch support. I thought my plantar fasciitis and heel pain would act up but surprisingly it hasn’t. Walking during regular work (5000-6000 steps daily) is so far comfortable. I’ll be taking it out for a longer walk around the local park and see how it does with 10,000 steps. Item is one size and it was easy to cut it to fit my shoes.

Highly recommend
I was so glad to receive these insoles. I have several pairs of boots that are uncomfortable so I was eager to try these insoles immediately. I was very pleased with the thickness and comfort. I really liked that they came with a guide/pattern do I could cut the pads for the correct fit. I highly recommend them.

OH NO
These are the worst insoles I’ve ever seen in my life They came with a paper insert to trim and they are NOT the right sizes! Also there’s a ton to cut off the sides and my insoles were two different textures !!! Dead they were not even the same
