Not medium firm

I had high expectations from this pillow but I was quite disappointed as soon as I opened the package. This pillow is advertised as medium firm which is what I was looking for as a side sleeper. The pillow turned out to be quite soft which would provide barely any support for my neck. I ended up returning it right away. If you're looking for a soft pillow then this is ideal, however if you're looking for firm to get extra support, then I wouldn't recommend this pillow.
