Aloe Vera Gel especially Inner Fillet offers many health benefits. so you want it to taste great. I take 2 ounces every morning. Although I will soon be harvesting my own Aloe Vera, I will continue to purchase this for travel especially during our 3-months traveling in our motorhome.

Of all the Aloe Vera Gel products on the market for internal use, the Lily of the Desert products are the best in my opinion. . . . Definitely my favorites. I take a big swig right out of the bottle, which I keep in the refrigerator, each morning. Taste and consistency are fine. It's easy to take, and I look forward to it. Above, I said Lily of the Desert productS (plural), because I really like both this one, the Inner Fillet, and also their Whole Leaf product equally. For no real reason at all, I switch off between the two. I just figure that if one form gives me something the other one doesn't, over the course of consuming a bottle of each, I'll get it all. We've all known about Aloe Vera's wonderful health promoting properties for ever. I feel that downing a big swig of this Aloe Vera Gel each morning benefits my joints, gastrointestinal tract, and overall health and wellness. I really can tell the difference when I am taking my Lily of the Desert Aloe Vera Gel every day, and I like the positive difference it makes in my life. I won't be out of it. This is good stuff!! Love this gel! I primarily use it to make my own aloe vera lotion along with other products that I get from Swanson. It is a great consistency that makes light lotion for everyday use.

This is inner fillet so I feel it's the best aloe. No taste, therefore, I can mix it with anything and it's great. Great price as always from Swanson's.
