Loved that I could brew the right amount for my travel mug. The unit showed I needed to clean which i did last week using the instructions.after the first cleaning the clean light now goes off every week. And the instruction book says not to use paper filters to help reduce grounds that escape permanent filter. The handle tab broke off but rather than replace it I have decided to get a different maker.

Husband loves it. We stayed in an Airbnb that had one without the frother, and we had been looking for a new coffee maker. It is much quicker at brewing than our old coffee maker, and it’s easy to fill the reservoir. All of the parts wash easily. I really wanted the green color but asked husband what color he wanted. I should’ve got the green one bc it would’ve blended with our kitchen better instead of the ice blue, but it’s okay. I wanted to have the built-in frother but haven’t used it yet. It fits on the counter without taking up too much space side-to-side. It was on sale so the price was great for us

Purchased in May and it was unusable by August. It somehow will not release water any more. I have tried every fix offered by support and have tried every trick suggested in YouTube videos. I really liked it at first but now it’s just junk in my garage that needs to be tossed as it’s past the 90 day return window.

Wonderful single serve coffee maker! I had a Keurig for years, and I have to say this performs much better. The coffee grounds are well soaked, bringing a richer, deeper flavor. The froth maker on the side is so convenient and easy to clean. I also love having the interchangeable option of using grounds or pod, with a storage tray the fits both. The coffee maker is very quiet. The brew time is slower than the Keurig, but the purpose of that is to deliver one great cup of coffee!

This machine has me enjoying coffee like on the island. The machine makes the best foam and it actually maintains the form. As shown in my photo. Now I can also make bigger amount of coffee with my own coffee grinds when family comes over. So far this machine has been a hit with the guest. I would definitely recommend getting this. What other machine can you get with this price and all the options. It’s even so tidy. Perfect for my tiny home. My new addiction.

I liked the pod aspect, however, both pod and single coffee was extremely hot, had to allow 15 to 20 mins to cool down before taking a sip. The coffee brew seemed to be too burnt of a flavor versus using the pod.

I have had this coffee maker for 6 months. All was good until one morning all lights are flashing and beeping. Got out the book for troubleshooting and tried the declogging tool. This worked but only for the pods. My grounds did not work at all. The flashing and beeping continued. After doing the vinegar cleaning suggestion the problem still persisted. I called the number, they sent a new pod adapter, which was not what I needed. One more call and I got a new machine. We shall see if this one survives. I have a ninja air fryer and a blender with absolutely no problems with either.
