Makes great coffee with either KCups or Grounds. The frother is a huge bonus. Loving it so far.

Just received my brewer yesterday. So far, I love it. Had too many to count Keurig Supreme brewers that each only lasted about a year. Hopefully this will last longer. I prefer to use my own ground coffee and this fits the bill. Just ordered some paper liners for the grounds receptacle to make clean up easier. Smaller foot print than the Keurig too.

Broke after 2 months. It was amazing for 2 Months and not my k cups explode every time I try to make a cup of coffee. This isn’t the first review I’ve read like this either.

I love this coffee pot so much! I ordered one in October and because the lid would not close, I ordered this one 3 months later. Love the blue color. I would like to know if there is anything I can do to repair the first one so it will close completely?

To date this is the best coffee maker I have owned. Prior to buying the Ninja Single Serve Pods and Grounds I was using both a Mr. Coffee single cup ground maker and a manual pour over. The manual pour over did produce nice cup of coffee. But I waned more. The Mr.Coffee broke down after several years. So it was time. After looking for a while I came across the Ninja-----I am so happy I made the purchase. This in my opinion and for my needs is the best. It brews at the recommended water temp, pauses the water flow to saturate tthe grounds like a pour over which produces a better and tasty cup of coffee. I like having a variety of cup selections, the brewing options are another plus. I have been using this far over a week and have no complaints. I am so impressed with this unit that I now look forward to brewing my morning coffee. I have no hesitation in recommending this product to anyone. I have only had it for a week. It's super nice feature where I can use grounds or pods to make my cup of coffee. The sleek-look looks very nice on my counter top. The coffee is hot and taste great. I like how I can choose how many ounces to make. Ninja makes great products!!

Love the coffee maker however I did not receive the free gift that I was supposed to so only giving 2 stars

I've used my new coffee maker about 6 times now and I absolutely love it. The taste is so much better as opposed to my previous coffee maker. Looks great on the counter and I hope it continues to perform.

I can't believe I can have both grounds coffee as well as pods! I am taking full advantage of that and loving it.

Does everything it says it does. I’ve really upped my iced coffee game with this thing. I appreciate that Ninja thought of all of the bits and pieces I could need and managed to fit them all into one machine. It’s easy to clean; my only complaint is that it tells me it needs a cleaning cycle after approximately every 10 uses, which feels a little too frequent for me.

This machine has transformed the coffee experience for my daughter and I. I just thought I liked coffee until I got this one, now I love it! It makes the best coffee because I can choose the strength and number of ounces making my coffee bold enough to handle any add ins without masking the flavor of the coffee. My daughter loves that it makes ice coffee so now she drinks it more often. We are just in awe of how well this coffee maker performs. It was an excellent decision to purchase this!!
