Tastes horrible, but does the job
This tastes AWFUL. It tastes nothing like “spiced vanilla” or like chai like many of these comments say. That being said, I noticed a 1-2oz increase in my daily milk production. So, I agree that it helps with that. Now I add 3 spoonfuls to my coffee every morning and drown it in flavoring, sugar, and creamer to get rid of the mix taste. Its the only way I can tolerate it.

I am honestly shocked at the bad reviews. This tastes like a very medicore chai latte. I added 3 tablespoons (instead of the 3.5) to my 8 oz coffee and it tastes like a chai latte. Not the best I've ever had, but certainly not terrible. I am wondering if the reviews calling it rancid actually had a batch that had turned...

It tastes like chai. So if you had ever had a chai latte that is what you should expect as far as tasting like an herb latte. I really like the taste and enjoy drinking this in warm milk every morning while I’m nursing. I found it interesting how many people don’t like the taste, but I am guessing it’s people that were expecting a coffee type latte flavor and this lactation latte is not that. My milk supply is going good and buying this latte powder again cause I think it tastes good and works well.

Absolutely worst thing I’ve ever tasted. Mixed it with my coffee and creamer and I about barfed. I had to plug my nose and chug it. Even after it left the worst aftertaste in my mouth. I couldn’t stop gagging. So bad I had to return it.

If you can get past the very earthy taste it may be worth it. It seemed to slightly work for the short time I used it, but I couldn’t stomach the taste. I tried it with water, milk, and coffee and the after taste was too rough and had to return it.

It works!
I don’t usually leave reviews but after seeing all the bad feedback this product received I wanted to share my experience. Unlike other users, I thought the powder tasted perfectly fine. I enjoyed it when paired with a bag of chai tea and couldn’t really taste it at all when mixed with my coffee. I’m guessing the other reviewers got a bad batch. I got the vanilla spice flavor. The good news is it works! I saw a noticeable increase in production after only 3 uses. It is pricey, but I figure it’s cheaper than supplementing with formula and better for my baby too. Will definitely be purchasing again.

It tastes really nasty! Once you consistently drink it though you get use to the taste. I put it in my coffee in the morning. I would say that it definitely helps with milk supply. I would definitely recommend if you’re trying to increase milk supply even though the taste of it is bad, but overall I would buy again. P.s. I’ve been using the sweet cream coffee creamer in my morning coffee’s to “enhance” the taste of it 😂

Not for everyone
The texture does thicken up a drink almost like atole or rice milk. It does help milk supply but in a sense that it helps u keep it consistent so if your pumping 6-8oz in the morning and drop during the day this will help keep it at 6-8oz it's not gonna crazily boost your supply. The flavor is tolerable but I wouldn't do more the 8oz that is recommended and the longer u let it sit the more protent the flavor which becomes bitter. The price can be more affordable 10$ less would be nice. So my opinion is , if you were drinking protein drinks and eating healthy before and during pregnancy , and you looking to add something into you routine to enjoy a bit rather then taking a lactation pill on top of your other vitamins this product is for you.
