Initially, I liked the maneuverability of the stroller and the fact that the tires are airless. However, now that I have used the stroller for about four months, I have come to the conclusion that there are way better stroller systems on the market than this one. Foremost, the buckle on the car seat is finicky so it is difficult to buckle the baby in when they are squirmy because you have to insert the buckle at the right angle for it to connect and the straps are very difficult to tighten to make sure they fit baby properly. Secondly, the stroller is cheaply made. After using for about a month, one of the brakes fell off, one of the screws to the under basket came off, and the basket began to rip. After 6 weeks of calling and calling mailing customer service and was told I could buy a new basket, but that brakes were part of the frame so they could not be replaced. This stroller system is not worth the hassle so save your sanity and go with a different option!
