I don’t understand the reviews

Tried this because of reviews. This was edible only. However, I just couldn’t get past one. I felt cheated. Ripped off , as this is not an inexpensive product. Very disappointed.

Great muffin

This is really good. I took it to the beach and I didn’t take muffin pans. I had a little mini waffle iron and it worked perfectly. My cousin who is on Keto loved them too.

OK but not great.

Not bad but not great. Flavor is just ok. The second time I made them I added real blueberries to it and it was better. The consistency is the other thing that is not normal for a muffin. I have made muffins from scratch from a keto recipe that had much better muffin like consistency. Hopefully the manufacturer can update the recipe to change the consistency and texture.
