"Healthy Alternative" is gimmick with this brand

Really? Really? Why. Why are you putting silicone in food?! It’s the same thing put in cosmetics. Makeup. You’re literally feeding kids plastic. And the “small amounts are safe to ingest” isn’t an excuse. Stop putting plastic in food. This is why kids nervous systems go haywire and then they end up sick later in life. For the love of everything do not feed your kid this. Not even out of ease. Buy some pasta, milk and real cheese. It’s not that hard.

Silicon dioxide is a trace mineral found in many plant foods. In addition to food, it can also be found in multivitamins and supplements. In an effort to be as transparent as possible, we have recently updated our ingredient statement to reflect the presence of silicon dioxide. Silicon dioxide is not required by the FDA to be labelled if the amount is under 2%. Silicon dioxide is used to prevent the cheese from clumping.

changed the formulation

this had me googling “do you lose taste buds as you age?” because it tastes like NOTHING except cardboard. googled a little deeper and found out i’m not crazy, they just sold the product and the formulation has changed. it did not used to be like this. FIX IT

This isn't as good as other Annie's for some reason. The shapes are hard to discern.
