How does this not come with a standard shade?
The lamp shade ring (the part inside that goes on top of the base/lightbulb case) doesn't appear to be standard, so you can't change the lamp shade. It looks fine in the picture but it looks comically small in real life.

Very nice lamp, packed TERRIBLY. Ordered two lamps, one had the lampshade cracked and dented in several spots and the other had the shade completely destroyed. If you can't pack items like this more carefully, why even sell them online.
