Having a pancake with a high amount of protein is something rare and not all companies make this. It had almonds and chickpeas and the taste was great, it gave me fluffy pancakes with a great texture.

The pancake mix is so easy to fix , I made the whole box, so leftovers the next day. The pancakes are delicious, cook up beautifully, and my husband and I had very few leftovers. I will order again.

I don't make pancakes that often but I enjoyed these a lot as a quick meal. You only need to add water to the mix and they cook up very quickly. I also enjoyed the flavor and texture, which sometimes isn't the case with almond flour. It's awesome that these pancakes have extra protein so they can be a quick, filling meal. I would buy these again!

I love that I only have to add water to make either pancakes or waffles and it's packed with protein so it's a perfect post workout breakfast. I also really like that's it's made with natural organic ingredients that are clean and healthy for me. Not to mention it also makes some really delicious fluffy waffles!
