Q: Would these be good to use to melt on top of a brookie as well for more chocolate, or is it too bitter/stick to semi sweet, or milk chocolate would be better?

A: Our melting wafers are designed for use and candy making and dipping. We do not recommend using it as a toping. We do carry premium sauces for toppings.

Great Chocolate. Only thing I dislike is when I dipped strawberries in this it was a very think layer and almost see through so I had to re dip it again. Other than that amazing chocolate. Taste is great as well

Very yummy chocolate! Very smooth! I used it to make these Dubai chocolate bars!! I melted it and mixed it with milk chocolate to ensure it wasn’t too sweet and it was perfect! I have also used it to make chocolate covered strawberries and it coats it very evenly!

I made chocolate covered strawberries with this product. The ingredients were safe for my daughter with nut allergies but the label did NOT say possible cross contamination so I used it. I am sitting in the ER as my daughter has needed 2 epi-pens so far. I found the website and label do not match. Do NOT use this product if you have nut allergies!

I love Ghirardelli chocolate in general because they make it so well but these are definitely my favorite for chocolate fondue, dipped strawberries, making candies, and even just having a quick and easy meltable chocolate for when I’m feeling something specific. It’s so nice that they’re just small chips so I can melt a perfect amount. Taste so good as well!

I love the way the Ghirardelli melting wafers are packaged, it shows different things that can be made. They melt so fast in the microwave, but can be melted as well on the stove top. The flavor of the white chocolate is just sweet enough for fruit and pretzels.
