Pricey but worth it
I love how fast this works on my little one. He prefers the taste and i really enjoy the clean ingredients rather than the basic Tylenol. It has no side effects and helps him sleep when he’s not feeling good. It’s a little on the pricey side but it’s worth it.

Came damaged
When I went to open the package the contents had leaked out of the bottle and stuck to the walls of the paper box. When items come like this, unfortunately they are no longer safe to use. Hoping the next one I purchase is not the same.

Dye free and works very quickly
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this a while back but I swear every time my baby goes out in public unfortunately she catches some sort of bug and has a fever. I used this product one time instead of other leading brands and haven’t looked back since. I swear by this product! It works within a 30 minute time frame, if that! And a plus side is my baby doesn’t mind the taste either! Other leading brands tend to make my children break out in hives, I’m not sure why but this product doesn’t so a huge thumbs up from me!

Favorite Infant Medicine

We love Genexa
I use this for my toddler and I’m so glad I found it! It was so great for teething when she was smaller and helped so fast for a smashed finger that was really bothering her. She likes to take it because of the blueberry flavor!

I love the ingredients how simple they are to read and how there aren't unnecessary junk thrown in. The shelf-life is less than what the expiration date on it says, so be careful if the color or texture changes with this product - especially if it's kept in a bathroom!

Side Effects are Questionable
I want to start with the positive: this product works. My 1-year-old had a high fever, and within 10-15 minutes of giving Genexa Infant Pain & Fever, the fever was noticeably reduced. That’s why I’m giving it 2 stars. Now for the reasons I can’t recommend it: 1. Severe Side Effects – After giving my son two doses, he puked the entire night. To ensure it was this medicine causing the reaction, I waited a couple of days. When his fever returned, I gave him one dose before bed, and sure enough, he woke up in the middle of the night and vomited everywhere. 2. Misleading Marketing – While it’s marketed as “natural,” the term “natural flavors” feels deceptive. It can encompass a wide range of ingredients we actively try to avoid when seeking truly natural products. As much as I wanted to love this “natural” alternative, it’s unfortunately a no-go for us. While it was effective in reducing fever, the side effects and misleading labeling make it a product I cannot trust or recommend.
