Love the shampoo, but I can't get the pump to work!

The shampoo is kind of like a clear gel consistency that lathers amazingly. The scent is very fresh and subtle almost. What I love most though is how clean the ingredients are, no sulfates or parabens. Overall, it leaves my scalp feeling really clean and refreshed without being too dry.

I bought their shampoo and conditioner, body lotion, body wash, and soap. They're all good but my shampoo and conditioner pumps don't work so that's a real bummer. Otherwise love the smell and good product

The pump on it is great giving good control over amount used and over all great product. If I had one tinny complaint I wish there was a slightly bigger difference to the conditioner to make it easier to tell them apart.
