Easy to take. Helpful but doesn’t make a huge difference. I think for the price point it’s worth trying out if any of these benefits are what you could be looking for.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I been using this vitamin now for like almost a month and i am feeling a difference more energy and i am definitely gonna buy this when i do run out. I am feeling alot better . I have way more energy . Make sure you take in the morning after you eat . I have been eating way more healthier i stopped sugar and processed foods now i am working on stop drinking soda and i also quit smoking cigarettes. This vitamin does amazing things and if you like vitamins you would wanna start taking this.

I take one a day with a meal, as instructed. It says it converts foods to energy your cells need, essentially boosting your energy. Much needed since I have been feeling sluggish lately.

The taste like any other vitamin b is distinct but not too bad and it is not easy to have too much vitamin b since your body will dispose of it through urine so do not be surprised if your urine seems a bit darker or orange. I do notice a difference when I forget to take it energy wise or maybe it’s placebo but the motivation helps. I like that the pills are not huge !

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Let me start by saying I like the packaging! I have trouble with my hands so I really appreciate the flip top bottle as it's nice and easy to open. This B-12 was easy to swallow and didn't upset my stomach. I like that the tablets are coated so they don't leave a taste in your mouth. But most of all I love that it is non gmo, no artificial color, no artificial flavor, no artificial sweetener, no sugar, no starch, no milk, no lactose, no soy, no gluten, no wheat, no yeast, no fish, and sodium free. This one's a win.

The vitamin is a pretty pink speckled color, so be sure to keep away from children. It isn’t too large to swallow easily. Is has basically no scent or taste before swallowing.
