Shout Carpet Ckean Up Foamer is easy to use and convenient to have on hand for small spills or stains. I tried the product on an indoor/outdoor area rug on our screened in porch. There is a large dark stain on the rug. I followed the directions by spraying thoroughly and let set for 10 minutes. I then blotted with paper towels and applied more product and massaged with a cloth for 30 seconds. I then waited for another 30 seconds and bloated with a dry cloth. There is a light pleasant fragrance, not overpowering. I allowed to dry as directed. You can see in the photos, 1st one showing product with stain before spraying, 2nd one after completing all steps but still damp and the 3rd one after drying out, the stain was not completely removed but definitely not as prominent. I'm not sure anything would completely remove that stain and the product would probably work better on a fresh spill or stain.

I have a 1 yr old and 3 yr old who are so messy, something is getting cleaned thoroughly everyday. This got pink marker and a freshly smushed raspberry right out of my living room rug with barely any elbow grease. I know this is for fresh stains but this also got some very old stains out of the same rug. Has a strong rug cleaner smell but not the worst out there. I would recommend this product to friends and family for sure.

After using this wonderful product the small stain is completely lifted from my carpet! This product was so easy to use, smells amazing and really works! The foam really gets into the carpet and penetrates the stain.

I honestly have no idea why i chose a light colored dining room rug when our dog uses it to wipe her face after eating, and also drops food on it constantly. Even though the rug is technically “washable” it still had several older set-in stains that we never got around to wiping up. I picked up Shout Carpet Clean Up Foamer and tested it on several older spots. I was genuinely impressed with how well this carpet stain removers worked. The product was easy to apply, and noticeably lifted older stains that had been sitting in the carpet fibers for a while. For our specific combination of pets, light colored dining room rugs / high traffic area, this Shout Carpet Clean Up Foamer was definitely worth using. It made our washable rug look more cleaner without leaving behind a residue.

I let it go and forgot about it. I ordered the Shout Clean Up Foamer and followed the directions on the container. The directions were very easy and within minutes, my stain was totally gone! I took pictures before it was totally dry, but the before, during and after pictures show the same spot over the course of just a few minutes! For the price and how little volume I had to use to get this stain out, this will last a long time! I am so impressed I still can’t believe the stain is gone. Now to go try all the stubborn carpet stains in my house!
