    Not great taste

    I tried both the choc mint and chocolate. I would prefer to drink it warm, but the herbal flavor is too strong when warmed, so I chug it down cold. It is tolerable but far from delicious. I cannot yet tell if it really helps. Some nights “yes” and some “no”.

    Better Than I Expected!

    My AGZ has turned out better than expected! I blend it in warm cashew milk each night, and it has been a comforting part of my evening routine. I get the chocolate mint, and it helps with my evening cravings for sweets as well! I've been sleeping well, getting up refreshed, and my energy during the day has been unstoppable. AG1 in the morning, AGZ in the evening, and I'm feeling like a million bucks!

    WORKS

    3 measurable changes

    Based on my subjective experience, as well as my Oura Ring’s tracking, my sleep quality or duration has not improved even a tiny bit during my 2 month AGZ subscription. However, there were three things that changed noticeably during my subscription period: 1. More bathroom runs at night (liquid sleep supplements are a questionable idea) 2. More packaging in my recycling bin due to individual travel packs 3. Less money in my wallet due to AGZ’s pricing

    Not a fan of flavor

    We love AG1. It has changed the life of my older son! Was excited about trying AGZ, but unfortunately, I couldn’t even finish one packet. The taste and flavor is really off putting. Was thinking it would be more like a mint hot Chocolate, but this was really not good.
