Relief?
After my doctor suggested trying one of these, I had to wonder why. This did not help at all. In fact, it made my muscles hurt more. The stick itself is hard adnd using it on the neck area in particular or upper arms was awkward at best. Made my back andd buttocks ache. Going back!

Loooove this! I'm at the gym five days a week on te elliptical, doing hand-free HIIT, followed by 40 mins on the treadmill and my legs are SORE after each session. I have every roller out there, but this one really got the nagging kink out of my left quad. Hurt so good!

Great for calf pain and use on others
Using this on myself, it has been really great for thighs and my calves especially. Super easy and nice to use on a partner to save hand pain. Really holds up well to use and isn't so soft that it's not helpful. It's a nice medium comfort massage
