Simple design, does the job and built well. Not flimsy at all and as long as you are able to push down on the handle, you will feel deep pressure. This is my second purchase. The person who tried my initial hook ended up taking it home with them.

Love it! Can’t believe I hesitated buying this before just bc it’s $30 not $20. I just felt like it was big and I wouldn’t use it much. But since I’ve recently increased my workouts the soreness in my neck and traps wouldn’t let up when foam rolling. So I finally felt like I needed to try something else for relief. And wow this delivers! Especially when waking up I can give myself a quick pass, the mornings were always hard dealing with the constant pain and tightness. I feel a lot better! So worth it!!

After looking at a bunch of massage hook reviews and seeing that other brands have snapped and broken from the applied pressure, I decided to go with this one. I LOVE it! I have put my entire weight into this thing and it is incredibly sturdy and does the job. Lots of good angles. Get this one!!!

I was amazed by the immediate results, as for the past 3 weeks the right side of my neck and upper back were experiencing a lot of pain. Feeling the release when pressure was applied to the specific areas was amazing and seemingly miraculous. (Purchased 7/2/23 at Target store)

I love this thing so much. After I had surgery, I couldn't sit down and was doing a lot of laying on my sides. Without this tool, I would have been in a tremendous amount of discomfort. I was able to work out countless knots in my back and shoulders with ease.

I regret not buying this years ago. I have really tight traps, neck, and upper shoulder muscles and tweaked my neck and upper back last week holding a sick, clingy toddler all week. I bought this out of desperation when NSAIDs, Tylenol, and a muscle relaxant didn’t work and I wish I would have started here. Really for into my deep back, neck, and shoulder knots and allows you to control the depth and location. Highly recommend.

Made of good quality and easy to use. I have compared it with different massagers of similar type on the shelf, and found this one with being most sturdy and ease of use. It is a bit more expensive compared to others, but it’s worthwhile.

This is just the thing to work out those knots on the middle of your back where a tennis ball just isn’t enough. Handles give you the leverage to control pressure to your liking.

I have chronic back pain/knots. I read the reviews, I bought the item. I love the color. 5 years later, it still looks good as new. I bought another one for my family and I highly encourage as a gift to friends. Amazing buy, it really puts the strength to the knots.

This is works well for getting a knot out of your own back or neck. It's a little inconvenient to store but worth it for the relief it gives

I carry all my stress and tension in my shoulder blades and neck are. I had a ball that I'd use against the wall but this blows that out of the water. i used it with my winter jacket on and it glides across the fabric effortlessly. I can use as much or as little pressure as I want and focus on the exact areas that need it. I even did my neck and lower skull area - I literally gave myself chills. I was thinking of buying this in bulk for the holidays and giving it to all of my fam and friends. if you're looking for a massager - skip it and get this. you won't regret it!
