A: Based on the product description and reviews, each band weighs one pound. Initially I thought the weight was adjustable but it’s only the size of the band that is.

I really like these 1lb wrist weights. I put it on as soon as i got home and started to do house chores. I need 2lb weights for my ankles now. Please target make these in 2lbs with the same color wave so i can tone my legs and match my wrist. I feel these are too light for ankles. 🙏🏽
