This dish was able to hold all my pumpkin pie filling. Every year I make pumpkin pie a decent amount of filling is left over and gets wasted. This dish has a large capacity and is ideal for fruit or meat pies. I love the wavy edge too. I didn't need to crimp the crust.

Major design flaw
Looks beautiful. But there’s a design flaw that will ruin your pie crust like it did mine. The edge is flat, instead of angled. So when the pie cooks then cools the edge of the pie crust stays up top and splits from the actual pie, leaving a small space between the outer crust and actual pie. So it’s unusable. Waste of money.

Cracked When Baking At 400 deg F
I have been using this pie pan for a while and today it cracked in half while I was baking cinnamon rolls in it (which I did last weekend with no problem) at 400 deg. I will be looking for a high quality one for future uses.

My absolute favorite pie dish! It cleans so easily, is heavy duty and can withstand high temperatures unlike other brands that will shatter over 400°.
