    New formula is bad

    I was using the old formula. The new formula hit the shelves here and I’m so disappointed. The previous formula was my holy grail - it was soft and smooth and my skin soaked it in and felt so much better. This new formula is the consistency of thick gel makeup primer so it didn’t soak in and it reeks of rubbing alcohol. I opened the new bottle and one pump from a distance and I could immediately smell the rubbing alcohol. It burned when it hit my skin too. I’m really sad to say they ruined a perfect good product and I no longer will be buying again

    Chnaged formula

    They have changed their formula. This was my go to lotion for years and it sucks now. It’s not hydrating at all anymore. I used to be able to apply every other day, not anymore. My skin feels dry by morning and honestly feels dryer after using it.

    The Best Lotion!!

    I have very dry skin and this lotion is, by far, the best I’ve ever used!! It heals my skin and there’s no need to add any oils to it like I have done with previous products. The thick consistency absorbs well into my skin and it lasts without reapplying.

    New Formula is Awful

    I was a huge fan of the original formula. I used it for years and recommended it to everyone—even doctors. This new version is terrible. Easily one of the worst lotions I’ve tried. It’s hard to blend, leaves a noticeable white cast, and provides zero hydration. They really need to bring the old formula back.

    This was my favorite lotion. I've been using it for ages, since it first came out. Probably 10 years or more. Unfortunately, the new formula smells like straight up chemicals, and the consistancy is thinner and kind of greasy now. It definitely does not keep my skin as well moisturized as the old formula. The bottle is a flimsy squishy mess. I'm super bummed, but I guess I won't be buying it again. Late stage capitalism claims another victim.

    Wow. This was my favorite lotion for so long. One of the only options with a few simple, good ingredients. No allergens. No irritants. Now, suddenly, you keep the same description and title but change the product to be full of junk?!? Fillers, NUT ALLERGENS with no disclosure, and basically no difference from the other junk overpriced lotions by other brands. Wow did you screw up. DO BETTER.

    Please Bring Back The Old Formulation!

    I’ve been using this lotion for the past 5-6 years and love love loved it! Even my 17 year old uses it in the winter. Just bought a new bottle and it’s AWFUL! It smells terrible now and doesn’t work nearly as well. Guess I’ll be on the hunt for a new lotion. Very disappointed.

    Finally found the perfect lotion then BAM, you ruin it by changing the formula. Now it is thick and sticky and is hard to rub into the skin. Please change it back!!

    The new formula smells so horrible! It's also really sticky. I threw the entire bottle away because it smells so bad. PLEASE bring back the original formula, it was the only lotion I have ever used because of the nice, clean scent and the way it moisturized my skin! Have to find a new brand....
