Great Treadmill- Solid Run!

We received the treadmill a few days ago. My father put it together quickly. We are avid runners and we are both able to get a excellent workout in. We are pleasantly surprised and so happy with the purchase.

Designed without the end-user in mind.

The treadmill works well. It is fairly silent and is easy to use. My complaints are that there is no way to turn it off and on from the control panel, only by bending down to the floor and flipping a switch that is in a hard to reach place. Also, one of the knobs arrived broken. I took a photo of the broken knob and emailed their customer service. There has been no response other than a bounce-back from GMail saying the customer service email address is invalid.

Do not buy, doesn't last

The size was nice, but it only lasted 7 months before the motor burned up. Not even daily use. Never fast paced, just a normal walking pace. Very poor quality.
