Q: Is there a separate queen size or does it fit a full and queen in one?
A: Philip, haha that is a king size, the full/queen is 94" by 90"

Q: I keep reading that the Queen size doesn’t have the duvet loops. Is this true? I need the queen size.

Q: Can this be used as a duvet insert?
A: Not if you want it to be anchored at the corners at least because as mentioned in other answers from Target staff the insert does not have tabs/loops on the corners. I'd recommend checking the item out in person at your local Target before purchasing and save your receipt because Target claims to accept returns or exchanges with receipt for 1 year if your not satisfied with any of their brand products. This policy may change, I'm not a Target employee
