Truly an awful product. Video's won't play when downloaded, loaded with bloatware, everything is slow. Clunky to set up the childrens profile. Even with an SD card, it runs poorly. Would return if able. I am not afraid of technology, this thing is not worth your time.

Bought two of these bc my kids take a 2.5 hour drive every other weekend. This thing was so easy to set up and download videos for FREE for them for the car ride. idk how the battery life is as I bought them on a Friday quickly set it up and sent them but they’re small and perfect for the car. I actually like this more than their 10 inch iPads

DONT BUY THIS PRODUCT

This thing absolutely sucks. The internal storage is completely full even though there’s no apps downloaded and no pictures or anything that would take up 10gb worth of storage. I went out and bought a 120 gb sd card in hopes that it would extend the storage space as recommended by Amazon. Not a thing changed. Not to mention that my son dropped the tablet on the carpet in our living room and it cracked the screen. Please don’t waste your money on the terrible product.
