Terrible Battery Life
I upgraded bc my iPhone 13 Pro 1TB’s battery life was awful. This new phone has the same battery life by lunchtime it’s at 20%. That’s with minimal usage. I do not understand why? Usually new phones have amazing battery life.

Disappointed
This is my 6th iPhone upgrade. I have always loved my iPhones but I’m disappointed with my new 16 pro. Yes it’s incredibly fast & has a long battery life however the touch screen response is disappointing at best. The touch screen is not as sensitive and does not respond well.

Enjoy it but…
I’ve really enjoyed the phone, although there was a bit of a learning curve with some of the new features. Also, I can no longer pair my car via Bluetooth. It doesn’t even show up as a device. In fact all but two of my devices disappeared from my paired devices. I haven’t yet tried to pair any of the other devices. The car not pairing has been a bit of an issue however

Smaller size is what I love
Love the new phone! I had a 13 Pro max and was so tired of how heavy and bulky it was. This phone is perfect and I don’t really notice the slightly smaller screen. The side button changes are nice too: easy camera access and the one you press to silence (vs the old slide option)

Lots of issues
I’m sad to say this phone doesn’t work nearly as well as the one I traded in. Siri doesn’t work, search function on mail and text is clunky at best, send later on text doesn’t work. I’m afraid they released this product before getting the kinks out in functionality.

If you're looking for excellent service, I recommend the ATT store @ Dulles Town Center Mall. Jaden was so professional, personable and helpful. He transferred all my data to my brand new 16Pro and he made it enjoyable. The entire team at this store is top notch!
