Get Over it: These are great
Reading these reviews is why Americans suck, and I am one: people are too picky. As someone who spent 42 years of life without having Celiacs and the last 3 having it, these are perfectly acceptable waffles that taste as good as what I used to have. Is it 100% fluffy and airy? NO because it doesn't have gluten which does that! Learn science, people! Put butter and syrup on them, voila! Have empathy for those of us who can't enjoy things we used to because 3/4 of the food manufacturers put nonsense in our food that gives us these digestive conditions. Anyway, these are great, and it's unreal to be able to just add water and go. Please keep this brand around, Target overlords!

These USED to be the best gluten free pancakes, but they changed the formula - not just the packaging. I am so upset because my son is on a very limited diet and he LOVED these. But the new ones are sweeter. You can smell it when you open the bag… WHY??? Why change something that was great.

This is the best tasting gluten free pancake mix out there. They make perfect, delicious waffles. The mix is gluten free, so pancakes will Not be fluffy. Add a little cinnamon, some vanilla or chocolate chips if you like. For someone who can’t add milk to a mix, this is a wonderful option.
