It was absolutely great until 4 months in when it kept getting clogged not even halfway through a room and the brush started spinning. I don’t have any pets or kids so we never tried to do any heavy cleaning with it.

Bought it last August, used it about 3 times. It won't turn on even when fully charged. The motor won't run. Tried cleaning it out thoroughly and cut the hair that was stuck around the rod but still wouldn't work :(

Loved this at first, but it’s now stopped working as far as the roller just stops after the vacuum is on for about 3-5 seconds. Not sure if it’s a charging issue or something else. I didn’t use it very often either.
