Extremely quiet air purifier, even on highest fan setting it is not that loud. I have fans that are louder. Really like the app and how it tells you the air quality of the room and how much filter is used so you know when to replace it. Also you can set a schedule up for it in the app which is nice. It does have a child lock feature, but it only locks the fan settings. A child can still walk over to the unit and turn it off. Wish it locked the fan and standby/off button since kids tend to touch the biggest button that is in the center of anything. Other than that the unit works great!

I also have a 2 year old daughter who I want to protect from breathing in anything bad. I really enjoyed getting to test this air purifier. First of all I really like that it has many different modes you can put it into. It has 3 fan level settings with the highest setting purifying your air the fastest. I also really enjoy the app that you use with this purifier. You are able to change the fan settings on the app and also see details such as how long it can take to purify your air and the time differences between each fan speed. It also let's you put it in night mode and see how much life left you have on your filter. This purifier also has a pre-filter which you can take off and clean and can help extend the life of your actual filter. I loved this air purifier and love knowing that the air my family breathes in can be safer with Blueair!

Our thermostat let's us know the air quality so I've been actually able yo see the difference it makes when this is plugged in

When shopping for an air purifier for my son, who has terrible allergies, this model was recommended in Consumer Reports. It has been great! I did not buy the additional “allergen” filter, figuring I would try the standard filter first. From the first night, he was much less congested and able to sleep better. I think it is very quiet, especially on night mode.

I tested this out when a friend came over and decided to smoke inside of my living room. And I saw how quickly that this said it would clean the air and the reality of how quickly it actually did. And I love that it works very well. I put it on auto and I watched the pollution go from red to green very swiftly.

This Air purifier is really good at cleaning the air quickly and efficiently. It did a great job with clean the air while I was frying in my home. It also easily clears cigar smoke. I love how small it is, but it packs a mean punch. The air purifier is very quiet. However, the faster setting is slightly loud, but with a tv on you cant hear it. I could easily run this Blue Pure air purifier without worrying about running up my light bill. It is very energy efficient. Overall this is an excellent, quiet, and energy efficient air purifier. 5⭐️

Which we have. Ever since we’ve looked for things to help with his allergies without medicating him every single day. Our elderly dog only goes downstairs now, which helps, and we got allergy friendly hvac filters and pillow cases and local honey… and we noticed a difference! Then when Influenster offered me a chance to try a Blueair Blue Pure 511i Max I jumped at the opportunity. We placed it under our air intake return and we started noticing a difference! It’s quiet and effective and I know it kicks into gear when needed because when we were decorating our Easter eggs (Polish pisanki) using melted beeswax that smoked up the house a bit, this thing kicked into code red (photo 2)! It’s easy to use and the app is amazing not just for using but to order replacement filters. The noise level on the upper levels is a bit noisy but not so bad I can’t handle it. It works well in my large bedroom. I won’t know until I get my energy bill how energy effective it is. I love it
