Do not purchase online. A target employee stole the headphones out of the box, when I received my package there was nothing in the box, but the charging cable and now the item is ineligible for a return.

I’m a Bose girl but these were beyond disappointing. When they work they are fantastic headphones with great sound and noise canceling. However I have had nobstop issues with these headphones since I took them out of the box. They constantly fall out of my ears and when I try to adjust them before they fall out the bud thinks I’m trying to mute or change songs so it’s pretty frustrating. Sometimes just one bud decides to play so I have to take both out to reset the connection. Idk, I want to love these but I find myself just wanting to use my old AirPods instead even without the noise canceling feature.

After so many tries and failed attempts to find headphones, I finally let my husband pick a pair out for me. I had mentioned that I wanted to try Bose and he selected the Quiet Comfort earbuds. It has been a month since I received them and I am in music heaven. They are the absolute best. I only wish I would have purchased them sooner. To anyone out there that has been struggling with other brands, please save yourself the heartache and get a set of Bose. Btw...they arrived so quickly, I was amazed.

I bought these June 12 and as of July 5th it no longer works properly. The right earbud doesn’t work. The quiet controls still work but no media plays. I haven’t dropped them, there’s no damage. I just took them out of my ears, put them back in, and it didn’t work. I won’t be getting these again. They also weren’t very noise cancelling to begin with.

It’s very sensitive to touch especially when wearing a hoodie suring activity. It stops, skips, aware, quiet, searches for bluetooth on every graze of the fabric. The plastic case material feels and look cheap. But the sounds it produce is awesome.

These were very good while I had them. Strong noise cancelling, warm, rich, perfect bass and a very long battery life with each charge but the left earbud stopped working after four months of use and the warranty is such a hassle.
