Unhappy expected better

Very disappointed in product. I ended up exchanging for a new pair, but they have same problem! Looses connection & beeps constantly, left bud wont stay in ear, 1 bud shuts off on its own, & does not disconnect when returned to case. Expected better from Bose & this price point

Problems within 2 months of purchase

These earbuds no longer reliably work. I'm a person that takes care of their earbuds/headphones since having them for my commute and walks is incredibly important for me. So I was surprised that I started having problems with these earbuds very quickly after I bought them. There is *a ton* of static in the left bud and no matter how often I re-pair them with my phone, they have bluetooth issues where one or both drop out and I have to re-pair them. I also have problems with music/podcasts cutting in and out. I have the bose app on my phone, hoping that would solve my problems, but it does not. I unfortunately didn't start having problems until week 5 of my purchase so they aren't eligble to be returned, but please learn from me and DO NOT BUY.

Comfort and great sound

Third pair of Bose Earbuds. Love fit and sound quality. These actually replace a working pair that will now be used on a specific device, while the new ones are dedicated to my phone. Have not got the hang of voice commands yet. Would be nice for adjusting sound when walking. They pair with phone nicely and are perfect for taking calls

The ear bud concept is okay

Maybe it’s me. The ear buds do not stay in. They fall out . Forget about walking around in them.

Great fit, sound, and comfort

The Bose QuietComfort Earbuds are very comfortable compared to my Sony WX4's, before I returned them because of an apparent software update that affected the right earbud battery life. Sony was wonderful to deal with during my return and refund endeavor. I was in the earbuds market because I lost my JLab Sports Pro pair (inexpensive and the sound is comparable to their price). I have several Bose devices, and their sound is top notch. At first, these earbuds were not giving me the bass. I thought it was because I had them at a low volume. Then in the song, entered the bass. Man oh man, that was fantastic. Even at a low volume, the quality is impeccable, in my novice ear opinion. During this search, I saw sleep earbuds (can't remember the brand). I didn't understand the desire. With these earbuds, I now have the desire to use them when sleeping. They are comfortable and the sound is excellent. Why wouldn't I use them when sleeping and wake to my choice of music in my ear instead of the room. I admit after a friend's suggestion, I continued shopping. I needed to be sure I wouldn't lose them on a bike ride; however, I settled on the sound quality above the fit. Now that I have them, they are perfect. I didn't know about the stability rings. Now that I know about them, I'm sure they'll be fine for bike riding and gym workouts. And, I got three sets with my original purchase. Fantastic! I keep touching the earbuds, and the song changed. Ha, I need to learn the settings. Lastly, I ordered the earbuds from Bose directly. And I ordered them after two other direct orders. The earbuds arrived before either of the other orders. Bose has a fantastic logistics execution process.

Nice, but with issues

The sound is amazing, however there have been a couple of times the earbuds disconnect from my device without warning. The earbuds keep a solid charge, and I only have to charge the case once a week.

Works exactly as described!

These earbuds work really well. I bought these as a competitor to my son's Airpods that work as a "hearing aid in addition to all the other benefits. My Bose earbuds, as usual, has exceptional sound qualities and can completely eliminate ANY sound in quiet mode. Unfortunately, this particular model does not help me with my hearing. My mistaken purchase.

What will you get them to connect with?

These Quiet Comfort earbuds sound great. Especially with the sources they will actually connect to. But no matter what I've tried, they will not connect to my brand new Galaxy s25 ultra phone. So either help me connect, or help me return these things. Without a connection to my phone, they are less than half effective than I need them to be.

Best Deal

I just bought these and I will admit they are as good as the Ultra 2’s and much less expensive. I find these earbuds die after a year or two so why pay so much? The quality is just as good and so far so great!
