    I bought them from another country worried about delivery and transporting but it turned out with no problems at all!! Sound quality is great, bass boost is awesome, noise cancelling is something I’ve never seen before. The fact that you can turn off noise cancelling mode is awesome. Case is perfect size, would have love to see them with spatial audio or earbuds tracking in case you loose one of them. Bose is doing a really great job so far. I really hope they keep listening to the community and improving their products rather than charging massive prices for bad same re-branded products. So far so good Bose!! Keep it up and here you’ll find a loyal costumer!!

    Product is great. Works as advertised. The documentation, packaging, and apps required are terrible. I have downloaded two different apps. I downloaded the Bose app and it took forever to pair with the ear buds. When it does, I click on the earbud name and it directs me to download another app. I downloaded the other app and it takes another eternity to pair and often won't work at all. Really poor experience with the apps.

    Love the sound quality and color of the earbuds. I liked how they came with different sizes to adjust the comfort of the earbuds. My ears can’t handle wearing them for too long right now but I think it’s because my ears are used to my old earbuds still. But they make music and podcast sound amazing. I love the quiet, off, and aware features.

    I went from the Sony wf1000xm4 series earbuds to these Bose QuiteComfort. These Bose are a good bit better than the xm4 series. Note that I did really like the Sony earbuds, and I suspect the new xm5 series where they resolved some customer complaints will still make them a great pair of buds. I just wanted a change to see the difference in the brands. The good - noise cancelling is fantastic! I just flew from Atlanta to Vegas roundtrip and with music playing I could not even hear the loud plane noises. Mowing the grass, also great, I can still hear the mower just a bit but I don't have to blast the music to drown it out like I did with the Sony. The medium size ear pieces fit perfectly for me, again also a better snug fit and more comfortable than the Sony. Sound quality is what you would expect from Bose, amazing. The app that is used with this model is really good, I like the ability to set the equalizer for the sound. The bad, but not really that bad - like most have mentioned, the carrying case is a bit large and bulky but does not bother me. I don't care they stick out of my ear, also something that does not bother me. So far, that's about it, I do really like them!. Last thought, for the price compared to the quite comfort ultra, you can't go wrong. I imagine the ultra are a bit better but I doubt I would be able to tell the difference. In addition, sorry Sony, but these are cheaper than the newer xm5 model. Overall, excellent earbuds!

    I bought these a week ago and I live them. Sound is amazing, they are comfortable, look great. I used to have bose, but they got destroyed by my kitten. I tried over 10 other earbuds, including beats, jbl, samsung, Sony. All got returned either due to the sound, lack of noise cancelation or mega discomfort when wearing them. Bose is winning by all means.

    I have had these for almost 6 months with use. The noise cancellation was amazing since my roommate is so loud at night, however, there is a rubber component of the earbuds that makes them comfortable in your ear. This rubber will come loose from time to time, and I have frequently lost it. Please buy a higher quality set of earbuds if you don't want this to happen to you.

    Why would you make it impossible to find the serial number so one could get help to make this thing work in a simple way. Like turn on and not keep telling me how much battery life is left and not run till it runs out of charge. Features like quite are great but finding a simple way to play brown sounds to sleep with out all the stop and go and battery life interruptions and not able to get help unless some how finding the hidden serial numbers a want to return the product
