Bose QuietComfort Ultra Earbuds (2nd Gen)

These Bose QuietComfort Ultra Earbuds are simply the best earbuds I have ever owned. The noise cancellation is truly world-class, making my craziness around me silent and focusing easy. The new CustomTune technology makes a noticeable difference in audio quality, delivering rich, personalized sound. The fit is also secure and comfortable, and the Aware Mode with ActiveSense is perfect for staying connected when needed. An absolute awesome listening experience!

These are one of the best earbuds on the market. The battery life is the longest I’ve ever seen on headphones. Perfect clarity and the noise cancellation feature is amazing. Plus, being able to set up shortcuts for settings is also great. I have never seen the ability to lower the volume with a swipe is also a great feature when you’re doing something with your hands. There’s also theee different settings of noise cancellation which is also a great feature. To sum it up, these are very easy to use. Only downside is they aren’t that good for running because they won’t stay in your ears.

This is my first pair of name brand earbuds, and I truly did not expect to actually say "Wow!" when trying them for the first time. I noticed a different feel and comfortability instantly before connecting to any media. The package comes with a couple of different sizes, which I should probably still play with, but the default size seems to be working for me just fine. They fit very well, and the outside noise is practically non-existent. Sound quality is top notch, and I have truly enjoyed listening to music more while working around the apartment with chores and laundry. I still give these buds five stars, but if I had to put one complaint, I am having a bit of a learning curve with the touch controls, and have a hard time accidentally turning them off instead of just adjusting the sound. A truly fantastic product at the end of the day!

I love these headphones. Apple's AirPods never really worked for me from a comfort standpoint, and I always struggled to find a decent alternative that wasn't a pain to connect. These are straightforward to connect and have great noise cancelling functionality. The app is a nice bonus feature and I love the ability to be connected to multiple devices at once. This makes it super easy to switch between my listening streams. I wouldn't hate the idea to be able to connect / switch between three options, but the two are certainly handy. I highly recommend these headphones!

These are great earbuds. They are very comfortable to wear for several hours. The various settings for noise cancelation are nice as well. Audio quality is good as well. I like that multiple devices can be connected at the same time. Battery life is decent and they charge quickly. Case is a comfortable size to keep in pocket if needed. Everything I expect from Bose

With audio, I’m picky. Ideally, the best option would be comfortable while supporting multiple listening situations, whether I’m out in public, doing daily chores at home relaxing. These Bose quiet comfort accomplishes these needs, better than any other I’ve used prior. The fit is great. There are multiple options to select from to fit my ears perfectly. Over the first day, I spent a bit of time adjusting the size of the stability bands and the eartips, wearing & listening, then readjusting. After finding the best fit, I’m amazed and how comfortable these earbuds are. Prior earbuds would leave my ears sore after wearing them for more than 30 minutes. In contrast, I’ve found myself forgetting I’m even wearing Bose earbuds. During the day, I often listen to podcasts. Bose aware mode is fantastic, enabling me to stay alert in public without missing anything. Even when I speed up the narration, the audio is clear and distinct. Equally as clear are the phone calls. I don’t know what magic Bose uses, but my friends and family have commented on how clear my voice is during phone calls even when there’s a lot of ambient noise. With the same clarity, I can easily hear any callers, including my kids who tend to mumble over the phone. For the moments of rest at home on the couch, listening to music opens an entirely different world of sound. I like to turn on the noise cancelling options and sit back, and It feels as though I’m listening to my favorite recordings live in studio. My jam lately has been a quartet, and these earbuds have enabled me to hear nuance in my favorite tracks that I hadn’t heard prior. From the deep resonance of a Cello to the highs of an accompanying Mandolin, the blend of harmony these earbuds create is unlike anything I’ve ever listened to. Chores around the home in aware mode sound no less fantastic, with my favorite albums almost sounding as if they’ve been remastered. Finally, the battery life on the earbuds is great, with the case itself recharging earbuds multiple times before it needs to be recharged. I usually find I charge them one a week to full, and I’m good to go for another 20-30 hours depending on the settings I use. I can’t recommend Bose quiet comfort earbuds highly enough, they’re worth it in every situation.

I have been enjoying the noise canceling generation 2 earbuds for several weeks now. So far, I’ve been using them in a relatively quiet, static, environment. I have not yet had opportunity to take these on the road for long distance motorcycle riding … soon! I hope to soon offer a detailed review once I put several miles on them with my Harley Davidson Road Glide and my Honda GoldWing. Two very different bikes with different ambient noise levels and decibels from the engine and road surfaces. You no longer make the wired, noise canceling, earbuds (they were the best, so, I bought two sets of your, top of the line, generation 2 earbuds. While riding my bike, I plan to use one set of earbuds beneath my helmet while the second set charges in my tour pack. I plan to use them in this open road environment on a 365 day long distance motorcycle challenge. Fingers crossed that they hold up to the extreme heat, cold, sun, rain, dust, high vibration and constantly changing ambient sound levels for the year.

These are so comfortable. The sound (for me) is excellent.

While I am still adjusting the fit (I haven't tried all the bands yet), I am very satisfied with the sound & performance of these earbuds. The only thing I have found that has been able to over-power the quiet mode & bleed thru the earbuds was a hammer-drill, but, the earbuds reduced the noise level to a comfortable level.

They good, real good! Very balanced sound with generous bass.

Great sound with a good soundstage, comfortable with a good fit. Clear sound and good speaker for calls. Battery has lasted longer than I have needed.

These earbuds are top notch. The call quality is the best out there for earbuds. I had the regular Quite Comfort before this in the call Quality was horrible. Wind noise is non-existent with the ultra Gen 2. Overall these earbuds are the best out there right now and I highly recommend.

I give 4 stars for what the earbuds will ultimately do. Right now, the noise cancellation is not up to Bose par and I believe it is due to software issues that are being worked out for this latest offering.

These are fantastic! I love the sound quality. I didn't think the sound quality could be improved as the older generation was great but somehow it's even better! Also, there is a noticeable improvement on the noise cancelling. I would absolutely recommend these.

I’m so happy with my earbuds gen 2! i had the 1’s for years & decided to upgrade, they’re great! i highly recommend them - the best audio quality & very comfortable!
