Great noise cancellation
Happy with the ear pods, the fitting takes a bit of fiddling to get them on properly, my wife tried them using different rubbers but couldn't get them to fit securely, an over the neck cord or something to stop them being lost if they fall out would be good. The noise cancellation is very good, I will mainly use these on flights to watch movies & quieten it down for a snooze, I hope I don't loose them

Dont waste your money
Stopped connecting after just 3 months. It keeps disconnecting from any device I try it on. Save your money, this is the worst pair of earbuds I have ever purchased. Such a waste of money

Another great Bose product.
I have never been disappointed with Bose products and once again the new noise canceling ear buds have exceeded my expectations. Fit is very comfortable and they stay in when running or jogging. The noise cancellation is excellent for a set of earbuds!!

Can't sync up with app
This pair is a replacement and I still can't get a consistent hookup with this bose app, which makes my earbuds unlistenable.I love the bose sound but I won't buy another set of these again I also installed and Uninstaller the app several times and got crickets.

Pretty but not comfy
I reaaaally want to like these so bad. They’re so pretty and I love the plum colour. But these just don’t fit in my ears well and hurt so much. They also don’t toggle well between devices and even until now I’ve not been successful in getting it to connect seamlessly for meetings. I’ll return my device unfortunately. I hope there is a over ear set that comes out in the plum colour

Do not hold a charge when not in use
They don’t hold a charge! I charged them when I got them,walked 10 mins to my work address and back that evening, left them in my bag and when I next went to use them they were dead. Thought perhaps they hadn’t had a full charge, charged them again, checked they were at 100% and listened to 2 songs. Put them bag in my bag and haven’t used them in over a week and they’re dead again. Surely when they’re not in the use the charge should hold?

Ear buds 2nd gen
These are about my 10th Bose product from earbuds to sound bars all of which have been superb quality except for a pair of re-furbished earbuds which failed after 6 months.The standout feature on the buds is the emersive sound quality it brings music into another dimension.

The Bose earbuds are excellent. I have a hearing impairment and have had other earbuds up to purchasing the Quiet Comfort Ultra and the quality of sound and volume is amazing. The rating should be 6 star not 5.

Forced upgrade but worth it
Upgraded from gen 1 after they failed and these so far have cleaner bass and sweeter midrange. Also still the most comfortable buds for me.

Great Features
I bought my earbuds as a comfortable option to block out the noise from a very noisy (jackhammering) 12 month renovation next door. It’s supper easy to tap through the 3 levels of noise cancelling and the Quiet mode does the job for me.
