  • A: Thanks for the question Mohamed! The charging case doesn't need to be connected to a source of power - the case will charge the earbuds automatically when the buds are in there. You only need to plug the case into power if you want to charge the case itself.

This feature lets you seamlessly switch between your earbuds, and if one earbud runs out of battery life or disconnects from Bluetooth, the other will automatically take over. Got these a month ago and have had nothing but random new issues and bugs everyday, one bud not working, constantly falling out of sync, just not playing audio even when connected, tap pause not working And being forced to hold my ear for 10 seconds to cycle through 3 modes when I only want 2. my former 3 year old beats pros never gave me these problems.

Bought 3 months ago after much deliberation . . . wish I had bought them sooner! Very comfortable, and unparalleled sound quality, and so portable! The battery has never let me down, and I use them for everything, from Zoom calls, to listening to music, opera, and audiobooks. Very satisfied, and would recommend!

Two returns. This item has static interference on the left bud. Found blogs describing this from a year ago and I bought them in 2025 and still had that. For the price, expected less inconveniences. The previous earbuds worked better. If you can wait for the next gen, do it. These aren't superior.

The sound is good and the fit is nice however connecting to the app doesn't work half the time, there's a bit of a noise when nothing is playing and can sometimes be heard during breaks in music or when listening to audiobooks, and sometimes the left bud pops randomly. I sort of like my previous headphones a bit more because of this but hoping the app will get an update to help with connection issues soon.

I've been using these for a couple of weeks now, im impressed with the "immersive audio" modes and battery life. The fit is nice too, which is something I usually have a problem with in the earbud department. The problem is they disconnect all the time, which it seems is a common problem from what I've seen on forums.

I had owned two sets of another well known brand but kept getting the same issue. Everything was fine but the left ear battery always failed after about two years.I decided to switch to the Bose quite comfort ultras and I am not disappointed. I think the noise cancelling is the best I have experienced. The base sounds full and the treble clear. I really like the immersive sound setting especially the one for use when moving. It sounds like the music is elevated above your head. Also really comfortable and can leave them in for long periods of time. So far I am really impressed.
