Q: Hi, Does the case auto charge the earbuds similar to what it is in the Samsung earbuds pro cases or case must be connected to a source of power?
A: Thanks for the question Mohamed! The charging case doesn't need to be connected to a source of power - the case will charge the earbuds automatically when the buds are in there. You only need to plug the case into power if you want to charge the case itself.

Once you've done this, you can touch and hold an earbud until you hear a tone. Release, then say your request (e.g. "Answer call", "Call [person X]", etc.)

Q: Can you connect the ear buds to 2 different phones and answer either phone w/out disconnecting from one or the other? I think it's called like a multifunction ear bud.

This feature lets you seamlessly switch between your earbuds, and if one earbud runs out of battery life or disconnects from Bluetooth, the other will automatically take over. Additionally, phone calls can be taken on either the left or right earbud independently.

Q: Can the volume be adjusted differently for each ear bud?
A: Hi Lynn, while the QuietComfort Ultra Earbuds can be used independently for single-bud use, differing volume levels cannot be set between the two buds while both are in use. You may find that your source device (mobile phone, tablet, laptop) has the ability to balance and adjust the volume between left and right earbud to any connected device (i.e., louder in left channel, quieter in the right). Please refer to the manufacturer's guidance of the connected device for information on the availability of this functionality.
