Balance and strength and agility

Started with 4.4 Bosu balance bar and got strong moved up to this one, but still use 4.4, too. I prefer the bars to free weights. More fun to work with, makes me feel all swashbuckling holding and waving it around 😄 It has straightened my posture, done wonders for my balance, and built up my muscle strength. Loving Bosu.
