Breville Q Blender Smoked Hickory

I LOVE this blender…from cold, raw, fresh ingredients to a bowl of hot soup in 5 minutes; fully macerated/pureed smoothies; easy to clean; multi-function.

What a beautiful beast! Like everything else from Breville, it is lo maximo, the best, and exceeds expectations I didn't know I had.

We had one of these models for a couple of years, but unfortunately, our house was destroyed in a house fire, and all my "toys" were lost, along with my Breville Q Blender. After moving into another house one of the first things we bought was this Breville Q blender. Yes, it's pretty good size, but from the first Oster blender my parents had back in the early 60's, I've lost count of how many types and brands of blenders we've had since that first one. This big boy does everything I've wanted it to do, from malts to chopping brisket for chopped beef sandwiches..Cracker crumbs? Done in 30 seconds. Easy blender mayo anytime I want it. Easy to clean? A squirt of dish soap and water in the jug, tap the self-clean button and a minute later you're rinsing it and drying it. The thing is pricey, I admit it. But well worth it.

All its functions are excellent and very efficient. I have been able to prepare my vegetable almond milk, soy milk, oat milk, it grinds the grains until they are pulverized, the smoothies have a delicious texture, it is wonderful, it is the best blender, made of high-quality materials. durable quality and easy cleaning besides that it is aesthetically beautiful!!! I am delighted with my Q blender!!

My initial experiences in using this new blender are mainly positive. It's a replacement for a similar Breville blender. I am keeping my fingers crossed that this new one will not develop a leaking from the bottom problem that occurred with the first one. A couple things I've noticed right off the bat--this one is quieter (yay!) and the lid fits tighter (The fit was secure with the first blender, but not this tight.) Using the setting for green smoothies is what I use most often. With this new blender, the ice cubes (only 2-3) are not completely blended when the green smoothie setting is finished running. I discovered this on its first use, so I started running it a little longer to make sure the ice was blended. Also the greens did not blend as well. They are chopped fine, but very visible, and it's a smoothie that is not real smooth. Again, seems to need more time. I'm still learning how to adjust to correct for such issues. I have not used it very much at this point. I am being meticulous about cleaning as directed immediately after use.

I love my Breville Q Blender snd it gets nearly daily use. Very important for me was easy cleanup and this blender takes just seconds to clean up. No difficult disassembly/ reassembly required. After purchase i decided to buy the accessory cup for blending that comes with the Super Q blender. Unfortunately it it is not available in the US for the Breville Q model. Other than that, very happy with puchase.

I have used Breville's The Q every single day for about six weeks now to blend up the most perfect green smoothies every morning. There is no fibrous green that this thing can't tackle! And fruits don't have to be cut up really small either. Just throw everything in the blender, press one button, and about a minute later, you have a beautiful, tasty green smoothie to start your day out right. And the thing literally cleans itself! Just rinse, add a few cups of soapy water, put it back on the motor, and press Clean, and another minute later, your pitcher is clean, ready to be rinsed, and simply air dried. I've seen demos of folks touting the benefits of the Vitamix while literally having to remove the pitcher from the motor and shake everything up to get things moving inside the blender. The Q doesn't have that problem. Like I said, the push of one button, and everything comes out perfectly. I'm looking forward to learning how to make fresh soups and other things as well! (I do wish it had come with a little sample recipe book. That would've been helpful.) Anyway, I researched alot of blenders for about a month before deciding on this one. I definitely made the right choice. This is the best purchase I have made in a very long time, and I recommend it to everyone!

I finally found a beautiful and excellent product to use and not compromise the looks of my kitchen. It's powerful, very easy-to-use and if you are interested in getting healthier, this is an excellent product.

I purchased the Breville Q and am thoroughly happy with it. I have used it for smoothies, frozen smoothies, chopping, blending, pureeing and it performs as advertised. It would have been helpful, if it included some sample recipes to provide ideas for various uses. It has been mostly trial and error, but so far the results have been excellent.
