Beautiful baking sheet. So far I don’t use very often because I use the medium baking sheet more but like the medium baking sheet, nothing sticks and everything just slides off. My only concern is that the Navy blue coating is already coming off. I’ve had this baking sheets since December 2025 and I do jot use very often.

I adore the size and this is the best non stick surface of any baking sheet I’ve ever used. I roasted crumbled tofu on it last night and it slid right off. Perfect!

I was so excited about trying this pan. I've always heard good things about Caraway and wanted to try these pans as a litmus test before buying more from this company. I bought one pan for me. The other pan was for my mother-in-law as a centerpiece of a gift basket for a milestone birthday present. Unfortunately, the first time I used the pan, after following the instructions of gently handwashing and drying, I immediately found scratches on the enamel painted part of the bottom. I am very careful with my cookware especially with nonstick, handwash and only use non-metal utensils. But I feel I shouldn't have to worry about the finish or durability of my cookware when using it for it's intended purpose. I asked my mother-in-law and she said she had the same experience. It was embarrassing to ask her to let me return her present. That being said, the performance of the non stick surface was fine. I did question in my mind if the fact the Caraway logo was raised right in the middle of the pan would cause problems down the road. I also was wondering if the chipping of the painted part would affect the cooking. I heard online there was speculation that if it started chipping, it could expose the inner metal to rust that could affect performance. The flaking could also come off and fall into other food or the oven surface. Thankfully, I'm able to return for any reason within 30 days. Enclosed if only a few of the photos of the damage to both pans.

Ive been careful from the very beginning but these scratches came out from the first time I used it. Still I’ve only used this pan no more than 4 times at this point but it got so ugly. I cant imagine how it will look in 1 year. why add the color if it’s just gonna peel off. This is ridiculous and for $65

I love my cook set, so I wanted to add the baking tray to the collection . My first use experience delivered as expected. The veggies baked evenly and quickly and cleaning was a breeze.
