Chefman Griddle
The griddle was perfect, as I wanted a smaller one for just two people. One of the nice features was the bottom coil coverage that eliminates cold/hot spots. The cord was said to be short, but it was exactly what I needed.

This is a smaller format griddle. Good for a small household with a small kitchen. The surface is very nonstick. Hard to get my spatula under my pancakes to flip - they kept sliding to the edge. I make small pancakes for my grandson age 5 and 6 was a good number on this griddle. They came out the perfect color if I kept the griddle at the recommended temp (a bit lower than I would have thought!) Bacon cooked up crispy. I look forward to using it because my old griddle was from 1953 - 1 temp, no adjustments ?
