I hope this one last longer than our last one which was a different model. It only lasted about a year also on the bottom of the warmer. The only number is RJ – 11 you don’t have that listed without more letters

Its an RJ11-12 and not RJ11-12 any other number or letter
So far looks good but the model number does not match the model numbers offered. This model number is RJ11-12 There are no other numbers or letters so I doubt this warranty will not be honored
