Citrucel; fiber caplets offer gentle relief of occasional constipation by delivering 500 mg of methylcellulose, a non-allergenic bulk- forming fiber laxative. Benefits of fiber include improved regularity, support for detoxification, support for cholesterol and blood sugar levels already within the normal range and more. Unlike psyllium fiber, methylcellulose fiber does not ferment in the large intestine which means you can enjoy the benefits of fiber without excess gas.

Directions

Take this product (child or adult dose) with at least 8 ounces (a full glass) of water or other fluid. Taking this product without enough liquid may cause choking. See choking warning.

Adults & Children 12 Years of Age and Over

Dose: Start with 2 caplets. Increase as needed up to 6 times per day. Maximum Dose: Do not exceed 12 caplets per day.

Children 6-11 Years of Age

Dose: Start with 1 caplet. Increase as needed up to 6 times per day. Maximum Dose: Do not exceed 6 caplets per day.

Children Under 6 Years of Age

Dose: Consult a physician. Maximum Dose: Consult a physician.

Each Caplet Contains: calcium 10 mg. Store below 77 degrees F (25 degrees C). Protect contents from humidity. Keep tightly closed.
