A: Clearblue offers a short quiz on their website as to whom the product is recommended for. If you've had a hysterectomy, they do not recommend you use the product.

One of the most impressive features of the Clearblue Menopause Stage Indicator is its user-friendly design. The test is straightforward to administer at home, making it accessible for women who may not have the time or resources to visit a healthcare provider frequently. The instructions are clear, and the process is similar to a pregnancy test. There is an app to download and after each test the results are recorded in the app at the end of the testing period the app will determine which stage your results correspond to.

This will indicate your likely menopause stage as: premenopause, early perimenopause, late perimenopause or postmenopause. While easy enough to understand for a tech savvy person especially this newer generation raised in technology, this may not be the best option for an individual who is not as knowledgeable with apps and tech. I can see it being a burden to continue to log your results over a period of time testing. Although I do like that it is able to be logged and does give you a more accurate reading this way. This way it does help you understand and track your levels more than a regular Ob or Dr could do in detail each time. The disadvantage (I would still recommend getting the results looked over and tested by a physician), and your results come in a lot faster than using this Clearblu method. If though you do not have access to insurance this is a highly recommended way to tell what your body stage is in menopause. I wish everyone luck on their journeys.

This is a nice concept for women who are wondering if they are menopausal or what stage of menopause they are in. You cannot be on any kind of hormonal birth control or hormone replacement therapy, so it is not for everyone. You use an app with the test sticks for the first morning urine to record results and symptoms. Test sticks are used every other day to record changes in FSH levels, and these results combined with your daily symptoms are used to predict your stage of menopause. I struggled to find out what to do if you forget to use a test stick. It wasn't in the kit's enclosed instructions. I finally found on the app to skip a day, and it would update, although it was delayed updating and confusing. When you complete all test days, it tells your stage in the app, and you can get a nice report. Being 55 and not having had a period in 7 months, I was pretty sure of my stage, and this confirmed late perimenopause. At my age, I wouldn't spend the money to buy this kit. I can see how it could be helpful for a younger woman, though.

They were extremely easy to use and only required me to download the ClearBlue application to track results. I think it's great that we are empowering women w be more in charge of their reproductive health and wellbeing and helping determine your stage in menopause will definitely do that. I'm not sure that I fully trust the results, but this is still newer testing data.

I suggest reading the instructions first because you need to download the app and set it up before you use the first stick. I did get an error on the first stick which I chalk up to user error but had no issues with the remaining sticks. The app reminds you when you need to test (every other day) and it even has a countdown for the waiting period after you pee on the stick. Again, super easy to use and provides useful information once the testing is complete!

Clearblue is a reliable name in home pregnancy tests, so I feel confident about the reliability of their menopause indicator. I'm 44, about to be 45, so this product is particularly relevant to be and much more convenient and cost effective than visiting a fertility specialist. It gives you a good baseline as to where you are and if you wanted to, you could obviously confirm results with your doctor. I recommend this as a convenient and cost effective tool to any woman questioning where they are in their menapause journey.

You need to download the Clearblue menopause app to keep track of the test. The package comes with 5 test like the pregnancy ones, follow app instructions on when to test and upload results. I had to test every 2 days. You will have your ending results after the last test. It was easy to use
