The texture is like any other water based primer I’ve seen. The primer just makes my skin shiny so illuminating. I don’t know how effective it is.

This covergirl primer, compared to other big brands, in my opinion, is better and easier to use. I love the pump, is light, and is very hydrating it plumps my skin instantly.
