Even though I bought the wrong item Target let me keep it so I decided to test it out. The cord is short so I had to rearrange the things on my kitchen counter top to make a place for it to sit near the plug. I set it on warm and it heats up quickly, but one must be very careful the outside of the pot is very hot and you can burn yourself.

I bought this on sale last year but had to replace again this year due to the temperature knob breaking. For how cheap it is, this still does a great job. We use it multiple times a week and as long as you soak after use it doesn’t leave stains. The white does show stuck on food easier which is a plus for us so we know it’s clean, but some might prefer the black colored pots for that reason.

This crockpot was a great size and I used it maybe once or twice a month. Exactly 1 year after purchase, the knob decided to no longer click to the setting I want, it spins aimlessly. You shouldn't have to buy a new crockpot every year, especially when it hasn't been used more than 20 times. I don't recommend.

Tested it out by making bbq pulled chicken and it came out great. My family loves it. I love it for the convenience and the color. I bought it because I figured crockpot meals would become very easy and convenient for me when I will be in postpartum in a few weeks. I LOVE crock pots and own 3 of them that I've had for over 10 years, the oldest being 20 years old. I use my crock pots to cook almost everything, to the point my family jokes that I'm the crockpot master. They all work wonderfully and I use them A LOT, all year long. I bought a new crock pot because I'm away from home helping to care for a sick family member and don't have my old trusty crock pots with me. I purchased this one in green and was so excited to use it. The day after I bought it I tried making chicken soup. All of my crock pots typically cook a pot of soup on high in 3-4 hrs. This one didn't even get warm after 4 hrs. My favorite part of the crock pot is set it and forget it for the time it takes to cook. Imagine my surprise when I went to try the soup after 4 hrs and it wasn't even warm, more like slightly warmer than room temperature, and all the ingredients were still raw. I then had to pour the soup into a pot and cook it on the stove. When I was washing the crockpot so I can return it, the water I was using got hotter than the crockpot on high after 4 hrs. Such a disappointment!
