Purchased this a year ago. Pros- great size, looks nice, and worked well for a time. Con- only used 4 times in the past year and it no longer works. The knob is still attached but just spins and is unable to select a temperature.

In some cases, heating performance can be affected if: - The unit is not placed on a flat, heat-safe surface - The stoneware and base are not fully seated together - The lid is not sealed properly during cooking You may also want to perform a quick heating test by adding cups of water and heating on HIGH for 2 hours. The water should reach approximately 175°F. If it does not, the unit may not be functioning correctly.
