Please be advised that the stoneware should not be used in the broiler. The tempered glass lid, however, is not suitable for microwave or oven use. We hope this information proves helpful.

Q: Is there still an option to select “4 hours on high,” 8 hours on low,” etc? Or can it only be programmed by end time and weight?

  • A: Hi there! Thank you for your question. Yes, it is possible to adjust the time settings manually on the slows cooker. select the temperature setting from the three setting options. Low is recommended for slow “all-day” cooking. One hour on High is equivalent to approximately 1½ to 2 hours on Low.

Stopped working within a couple months. It's been too long to return it, of course. It gets VERY hot on the outside. Also the clock doesn't keep time if you unplug it, so if you want to use the schedule feature you'd have to reset the time.

Love the ability to set a time that I want the food ready and, like magic, it’s ready when I am. I purchased the original MyTime Slow Cooker (SCCPVM650-PS) when they first came out in 2013. I’ve been using it for ten years and it has never failed me. The newer model appear to be easier to use, but mine is still working as good as ten years ago, so I’m waiting for it to die before I buy a newer one. When that happens, I will have the newer model the next day!

I bought this Crock Pot in July of 2019, and by December of 2019 it has stopped working. Bought this as a christmas gift for family and was used for the first time in February 2023, it started cooking but after an hour the digital panel/control flashes only the time and does not work, which makes the crock pot inoperable. What to do?

The unit started smoking within the first ten minutes of the first time using it. Unbelievable. Had to be on the phone with customer service for over 45 minutes to arrange a refund/replacement. Ended up just taking back to the store for less hassle.

Haven’t even been able to use it, “schedule meal” and “manual” lights won’t stop blinking and the instruction manual doesn’t cover what to do, tried google and it just says to “press both buttons at the same time to reset for 20 seconds” and that also didn’t work.

Cracked after 10 months...

I haven’t even had this Crock Pot 1 year. Maybe used it 10 times. Almost always use a liner to help with clean up. So I couldn’t I figure out why tonight (out of liners) the inside of the actual warmer had burnt liquid. Notice a nice little crack that literally goes from one side, down and across the middle and up the other. No clue how long it’s been there since I normally use a liner and would t have noticed. I had my previous crock pot for 20 years and the only reason I got rid of it was because it wasn’t heating as well anymore. Super disappointed with this one. Waste of $50. So now I have a base that still works perfectly fine and a actual pot that is cracked and leaks. This one has never been dropped.

To read the display, I have to crouch to the floor. Terrible design. Every part of the display is flooded with light and indecipherable. Returning just because of this. I leaned down to what I feel should be a low stoop to view the display and took the picture I’m posting with the review. It is not decipherable at all.
