A: Called Crock Pot today and the agent told me I needed to look for My Time Technology to get a delay start. I come here and read the questions and see where they answer both yes and no. What the heck??

With MyTime Technology you can customize the exact mealtime you want food to be ready. Instead of choosing traditional cook hours, you can now choose the precise time of day you want your meal to be served, the type of food, and the amount. The MyTime model has also an additional Manual setting option for more control. A: omg...are you kidding me? I've just read several Q&A's all asking whether or not it has a delayed start function and have seen replies of yes it does or no it does not...WHICH IS IT?

A: One reviewer proved it is only 5 quarts. She compared it to her 6 quart crockpot. Even showed pictures.
